Plenty Of Free Parking

Eastbound

So, I'm driving east along the Shoreway this morning on my way to work, and I see not one but two Norfolk Southern trains pulling east up the hill from Drawbridge tower onto the C&P. They were both probably going 40mph or so as I passed them. One intermodal and one mixed freight. They really seemed to both be going the same speed. I wonder how long that stretch of double track is....

Warms the heart, it does.

Q: What's the difference between the city and the suburbs?
A: Plenty of free parking!

Cleveland, trains, urbanism, righteous indignation
